Biography

Born in 1972 in Hof / Saale, E-MAN has been listening to songs by James Brown, Marvin Gaye and Jackson Five from birth. The foundation of soul and black music was laid in his cradle.
From an early age he dreamed of a career as a musician. This took shape when, at the age of 18, he began to play records in local discos under the name DJ El-Mar. There he mainly practiced black, R&B and old school music, albeit with a good shot of club appeal. In the colorful diversity of the music scene, DJ El-Mar is increasingly enjoying the mixture of black, R&B, old school, pop and dance floor.
After he retired from the scene in 1997 for professional and family reasons, he started his comeback in 2004 and started the clubs again. He quickly recognized the joy of house and electronic dance music and so his DJ ambitions really got going. Since then he has stood behind his turntables every weekend under the name DJ E-MAN and rocks the party in various discos in the region.
His growing popularity and his feeling for the mood of the audience ensured that he was booked more and more for major events. With his style, his heartbeat for house and electronic dance music as well as a healthy mix of almost all styles of music that the decades have come up with, he succeeds again and again today in making the evening an unforgettable experience for every club and party-goer.
